CH-53E Super Stallion
In the video below you will see how a CH-53E Super Stallion show its muscles, lifting a LAV APC and a humvee. The CH-53E Super Stallion is the largest and heaviest helicopter, built by Sikorsky Aircraft for the United States Marine Corps.
Armed with window-mounted 50-caliber machine guns, chaff and flare dispensers for anti-air defense, an in-flight refueling probe for limitless range and a forward-looking infrared (FLIR) imager for night and all-weather navigation, this CH-53E Super Stallion is also the most powerful helicopter used by US military.
This helicopter can carry 37 troops (55 with centerline seats installed). It is operated by a crew of 5, (2 pilots, 1 crew chief/right gunner, 1 left gunner, 1 tail gunner (combat crew), but during peacetime it is flown only by 2 pilots.
